  • Service Not Delivered: If the personalized fitness plan or service you purchased was not delivered as promised.

1.2 Subscription Services

If you have subscribed to our services on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for subscriptions are provided under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Before Renewal: If you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Mid-Cycle Cancellation: Refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not provided. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing period.

  • Any personalized fitness plan that has been fully delivered and accessed.
  • Promotional or discounted products and services.
  • Mid-cycle subscription cancellations (you will retain access to the services until the end of the billing period).
